Guitar Lessons with Dr. Richard Knepp
We’re pleased to offer professional guitar lessons with Dr. Richard Knepp, Professor of Guitar at Young Harris College. With over 22 years of experience teaching guitar at the collegiate level, Dr. Knepp brings valuable expertise to each lesson. (If you're a high school guitarist considering college music programs, Dr. Knepp can help guide you!) In addition to teaching, Dr. Knepp is an accomplished performer, playing across the country both as a soloist and with various groups.
We’re excited to have him share his passion for guitar with students in our area. Lessons are available for students ages 10 and up.
Mr. Lance Haugan has a background in guitar, bass, and music composition, having studied at Berklee College of Music and Georgia State University. His teaching style focuses on practical, hands-on learning, aiming to help students develop their skills in a way that’s relevant to today’s music scene. Lance offers lessons in both guitar and bass, and he also tunes pianos. With experience across different musical styles, he works with students of all levels, from beginners to more advanced musicians, to help them achieve their goals.
